I would give this NO stars if I could. I come to this location for my RX every month. Ive never had problems. I fill the exact RX, same quantity every time. On the 27th, my doctor called in my RX. For some reason, they felt uncomfortable filling it (although the same doc prescribes it every month) & asked my doctor to fax it in. She faxed it in the next day. I called to confirm & I was told to pick it up at 8. When I called to see if it was ready, they told me they never received the fax. My doctor called AGAIN. She spoke with the same pharmacist. Finally, she agreed to fill it. When I went to pick it up they told me it was $157. I pay $85 with my discount card EVERY SINGLE MONTH. The pharmacist refused to honor my discount card. She forced me to pay double, stating I MUST pay cash or use insurance. I asked her why and she said it was the law. I asked to see the law in writing and she could not provide. I said so all the pharmacist that work here were breaking the law by letting me use my discount card. She said she could not answer that. I was then told I couldnt use 2 forms of payments!! I had to use just one card to pay. I have NEVER been so embaressed in my entire life. She did this because Im Caucasian. She had absolutely no reason to refuse me my discount. She had a personal vendetta against me because we had such a hard time getting them to even fill it. I left sobbing. Im pressing charges against that CVS and that woman. Her name is CELE OLALEYE.

Good enough place for filling perscriptions in millersville or glen burnie, MD. They will give a call if you drop off and they have been accurate. The location parking is a little more effort to get into and out of with Veterans often means waiting twice, once to get out of the lot and another to get through the light. Staff is nice enough and patient. The number of tellers is adequate but sometimes leaves a small wait. I expect thats why their prices are under control. They also have a minute clinic here for flu shots and minor medical. We have also gotten our passport photos done here. The teller came over and gave us a hand even though it is supposed to be a self help kind of photo printing. She was very nice and patient as well as a wealth of knowledge.

This CVS doesnt even deserve a star. Waiting for a prescription to be ready and never receive a notification. Its a shame to show up after TWO DAYS of waiting for a prescription and its still not ready. Not to mention calling to see if its ready and wait on hold for 16 minutes JUST TO BE HUNG UP ON. WORST CVS EVER. definitely do NOT recommend this one to anyone unless you enjoy being treated so poorly.

The clerks definitely practice racial profiling. 5 times Ive been in this store. 5 times Ive been the only minority in the store at the time. And 5 times theyve ignored everyone else and "ask me if I need help", all the while following me around the store. And tonight one of their employees tried to get my tag? Why?

This cvs is awful! The customer service is awful! They will have one register open and other workers walking around looking down at their phones instead of opening another register!! Never have your photos printed here either.

The worst customer service I have seen in the United States of America. If you want to experience a third world country customer service, this is the right place to start locally with no travel.
