Very rude and immature young manager, talking about job title, her advancement from mcdonalds, babies, hair and race, looking at pictures, comparing her cell phone to customers cell phone, etc., all while I waited for over an hour. Hiring someone this immature, reflects on management and how much they care about customer service and satisfaction. From what I noticed, they better check their inventory. Sad, save a dollar loose a dollar. I will not be back, my time is valuable and my money is spent wisely.

Excellent AT&T store and very friendly staff. Only downside was that the phones were all dummy models rather than working models. On the plus side they had a lot of phones in stock and were very quick. Will definitely purchase from here again on the basis of service provided alone.

Just came in and asked a question about a phone. Was told there is nothing they can do sorry. Didnt try and didnt wait to hear the whole situation. This is the worst AT&T store I have ever been too.
