HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This store is so unprofessional and they will pick and chose store policies to fit the moment. We came in to return and item and was refused. We had our receipt and they said signs were all over stating no returns on this item. The customer service person Alicia told me there was nothing she could do and no other member of management I could speak with us. After pressing the store manager question she stated there was another manager available named Faith. She sided with Alicia in refusing to return the item. I explained that she was very rude and I had returned similar items in the past. There we no signs posted and the policy I was told was consistent through all Target stores. We were told to call a guest services line and express our concerns. We left and went to the Columbia, MD store and was able to return the item with ease. I called the Target corporate complaint line and was connected with a person who did not take my concerns seriously. Only after threatening to post online he transferred me to the higher level of management. While transferring the "Higher Level Manager" proceed to yawn not knowing I was already transferred to her. This type of behavior is unacceptable and should by addressed immediately. One horrible in store experience to a online horrible customer experience. Target please get your stores together!

I love Target, but not this one. Todays after work visit is the worst experience I have over the past 3 three. One price tag (10 dollar giftcard with 2 box pamper) was there before I went to the checkout, and have a discussion with the store manager (who might have hand surgery recently). This might be left from last week. But what the manager did is tear them away secretly, and then told me they are no such promotion while walk me back the second time. Its ok to say the price tag left from last week. This is why its not on their system. But its not ok to trick me by just tear them away secretly. Then told me the tag never exist. I am feeling really bad on this. I will not go there anymore.

Unprofessional and absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased an item the day before and tried to return it the next day with my receipt. I was told by the manager Faith and another associate Alisha that Target does not accept theses items back. This was a lie! I returned the item to another Target with no problem. Will no longer shop there again. With this type of service given no wonder there is little to no customer traffic in that store. I wouldnt be surprised if it shuts down soon.

What can you say, its a Target. I rather pay the premium in going to target then Walmart. Generally always carry what i am looking for and the quality of the house brand products is pretty good. As for customer service at this location, i cant really complain. Have always have had cheerful people at the registers, and has been fast as well. Will I go back to this Target, well i have no reason not to.

I came in to get a simple auxiliary cord. They have them locked up so you cant get them. Forced to wait for something so cheap by their understaffed employees took forever. As I looked around everything seemed to be locked up. I guess they have a severe theft problem here. First time checking out Target and the last time also. Ill just stick with Wal Mart!

I live across the street and have been taking my prescriptions to this Target pharmacy for over a year now and I have never had a single problem on Targets end and they ALWAYS have my medicine in stock. The pharmacy staff is great and I look forward to continuing my business there.

All target are usually the same for me. Meaning comfy place to shop. Not pact and short or empty lines unlike walmart. There are two target near me. This is my second one go to target I go to if I dont feel like doing the drive to white marsh one. I dont have complaints.

I love this target no matter what time of the day they are never packed and everyone is so nice there even the customers speak when u say hi or excuse me. The staff is so helpful and I have never had any issues.

I move around the country frequently. Using CVS Pharmacy, getting my medications is easy to do. A big thumbs up to the team at the pharmacy located at 1330 Martin Blvd. Middle River, MD. in Target.
