THis place is outstanding. I moved here from Vermont, where every other village has a health food store or co-op. The best part about this place are the owners who know what they a providing and can give in depth consultations regarding food and supplements. They do not prescribe but they do educate. The staff is helpful and the selection is large. .

Love their produce--fresh, organic, and local when available. Trish, Jim, and their staff are extremely helpful if you are looking health-related information. You wont find this depth of knowledge about nutrition at any Whole Foods. This independent store is a treasure of the Eastern shore.
