I have been shopping at Down to Earth for more than 20 years now, any time I am living in the area this is my favorite grocery. This local family owned and run business is always staffed with friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable people. Always ready with a reccomendation, helpful tip, recipe idea or remedy suggestion if something ails you. They make delicious take out entrees, sides and desserts that not only accomodate varying diet choices/needs but are without fail, delicious!! As if all this wasnt enough, if they dont happen to carry or have in stock.a particular item you require, they will go out of their way to find it and special order it for you as well. Cant say enough about what a great place Down To Earth is!!

I usually go to Whole Foods because they have so many locations I travel to, but unfortunately there are none in this area. I was lucky to have found this place. Its not a large store, it doesnt have daiya or any other vegan cheese, and the vegan/vegetarian for selection left a lot to be desired. This place has a lot of interesting items and it was very easy to get in and out quickly.
