A few months ago I bought a car seat guard from Dogma in Mt Washington to keep my dog from trying to get into the front seat while I drive. He is a 55 pound pitbull that thinks hes a lapdog. We loved the product but after a few months the zipper malfunctioned. This product has a lifetime warranty and was pretty pricy so I called Dogma to see what we could do. They made an issue that could have been a huge headache and easy fix. I talked to Brian over the phone and one of the co-owners in the store and they were extremely helpful. They made sure we got a new product quickly and helped us deal with the company. Normally I wouldnt visit a store like this because it is a little out of my price range but it is 100% worth the price to have this kind of customer service. Two thumbs up for Dogma in Mt Washington!

Staff has a whatever mood about them at all times. Kinda classic hipster bunch, almost snobbish rude. Whatever. Decided to try here again. Got my pooch a "durable" stuffed animal. I saw the original tough durable ones that everybody is raving about but I decided to go with the hipster saying that this one was supposed to be more durable......... I swear it didnt even last as long as the $4 store bought throw one that I initially got for him. The lowering of 5 stars is because of their rude mood not because of the poor quality of the tough toy. Waste of 24$

Ive shopped in this store no less than 20 times. I like the raw dog food they sell in the refrigerated case and the assortment of canned cat foods. Every single time Ive been greeted by a friendly welcome. Zero pretension. And they do not tower over you in a pesky way, but check-in with you to see if you need any assistance. Even today, I called to check on their schedule to get my dog a bath and they were really friendly.

I like frequenting local businesses versus big box stores and go out of my way to visit Dogma when Im in town. Yes, their prices are not the best, but they have a huge selection of foods, treats, toys, collars, beds, etc. And the staff is very helpful and knowledgable. They even gave my free samples as I searched for a food for my overly finicky pooch. Ill definitely go back

This store was great until I missed my dog grooming appointment. Even with an apology; the senior staff was rude and did not even acknowledge my prensence when I went into the store to purchase more dog food. Nice store but dont miss your grooming appoiments they with punish you for 3 months.

This place is horrid. Go in and get your food - but dont bring your dog. My dog is a service animal and the owner told me not to bring my dog in. Shameful place.

They made my friend cry when she had a valid complaint. They insulted the animal for being bad and smelling and her dog too. Terrible customer service.
