Charmed Life has become such an inspirational place. Since its not just a tattoo shop but an art gallery as well, it inspires me to do new and different kinds of art. The people who come and check it out feel that this is a place where you can become introduced to different cultures and styles. At every art show they have, you can meet so many new people and learn more about the artistic community. As for the tattoo artists that work there, Darl Gnau & Jeff Annecharico, are very talented, friendly, open minded and inspirational people. If you come to them with an idea, theyll draw up any way youd like. Both of their styles are one of a kind. Darl has a specialty for skulls and crazy designs that can really capture the eye. He is also the master at cover ups. Jeff is a beast at portraits. His style involves lots of lines that fall together to make traditional japanese waves.

Amazing custom tattoo shop and art gallery! The owner Darl and the other tattoo artists Jeff and Mike are not just tattoo artists but also fine artists. You can see Darls paintings hanging throughout the shop and there is an awesome art gallery in the front of the shop where they host an art opening the first Friday of every month (you HAVE to check out the art openings, they are a great time)! The tattoo artists at Charmed Life put a ton of effort into their work-and it shows in every piece. Ive visited to a lot of tattoo shops and this is hands down the best experience you will get anywhere in the Baltimore area. These guys are honest and passionate about what they do and the shop is clean and an artistic environment. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates art!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST TATTOO YOU WILL EVER GET!!!!!! the guys here are awesome! They personally work with you to acheive the best tattoo you could hope for! they take a great deal of pride in what they do, they treat your tattoo like its going on their body! i honestly cannot say enough about Darl and the guys here. the colors are awesome, the shop is awesome, and the staff is awesome! and you cannot beat their price for the top level quality tattoos your getting! people that have seen my tattoos stop me and want the number for the place that did it! charmed life is the definition of a great tattoo shop. highly, highly recommended- Evan

Getting work done from Joe and its been a blast so far. Down to earth guys who are very easy to talk to (Mike and Daryl included) the place is clean as a whistle and the hygiene is top notch. I hear people say it isnt cheap...the fact that your looking for discount tattoos is a big indicator that maybe you shouldnt get one. I came here because of the reviews so here is another one written by a very satisfied customer.

Was just there yesterday. Mike was very professional through the entire process. He did a beautiful cover that many others wouldnt touch. Extremely clean shop! I felt very comfortable there. This is a shop I would return to! Cant say enough good things! My artist suggested things to help cover my old tat, and took my suggestions as well. He was very patient with my questions. I love this place!!!! Since Charm Life has tattooed me I have not gone anywhere else. They are not only Tattoo Artist, they are Artist as well. They throw Art shows on also. Amazing true artist and owner Darl Gnau turns your idea and/or theme into a live fantasy. Giving you more then what you thought your idea could ever be. It is a clean and professional environment giving you the ultimate experience. Once you start art here you will never go anywhere else. The gallery part of the shop is only a plus to the experience.

I had a cover up done there about 7 months ago and I never told anyone how amazing it turned out!!! I cannot stop looking at all the detail and color and effort he put in to allowing me to have such a masterpiece on my body. It was a lot of work and the prices were fair.
