Went in on a busy Saturday a few weeks ago after leaving another shop because I wasnt happy with what they were offering. I had absolutely no issue waiting around for over an hour for someone to free up because I know this place does amazing work and because I was a walk in I knew I wasnt going to be seen the moment I walked in. Aaron did a small piece on the back of my leg and it turned out better than I thought it would. If I ever end up turning it into something more I will def be back. I also had a few friends with me who got tattoos done as well and theirs turned out just as good. This was my second tattoo done here and I think I have found my new shop. The waiting area is super comfortable, the quality of work is outstanding, the prices are great, and the staff is great. I couldnt be happier with this place. Ive also had a piercing done here and it turned out and healed much better than the other piercings I have had done at another shop. Whenever I get more piercings I am coming here and officially leaving the other place I was going to.

Nicky worked on a cover up of a cover up for me. I have been looking at this hideous ink spot that looked like a jailhouse tattoo for 20 years. I was so anxious because I knew it was going to be big, and the vision I had was almost impossible. Everyplace I went before him either didnt want to touch it, gave me the same option..cover it with a rose or something, or told me what I wanted couldnt be done. He was willing to give it a shot, and LITERALLY KILLED it!!!!! He was patient with me, and free~handed part of it giving the tattoo its own unique one of a kind PERFECTION with his artistic expertise!!! He is AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!!!!! He even made sure it wasnt big, which was a bonus! He created something ABOVE & BEYOND anything I could have expected. Its SO PERFECT!!! He will be fixing another awful tattoo I have had for 20 years next!! The shop itself is very nice, looks like something on a TV show. GREAT experience on every level.

Comfortable atmosphere, wonderful artists, really all you can ask for and more from a tattoo shop. In addition I have psoriasis and as such needed to make sure the ink was high quality, and the artist (Nick) was very good about answering any questions about their ink (including showing it to me, and I did my research), aftercare while the tattoo healed, and even making sure to tell me its a good idea in the weeks before to apply lotion to the area to make sure it was psoriasis free before getting a tattoo because you should never tattoo over active psoriasis. My partner has also gotten tattooed here multiple times (also by Nick) and hers are all fantastic as well. Would recommend 10/10, this place goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and the skill of their artists.

I have nothing but great things to say about this shop. Its is very clean and great people who work there to make you feel comfortable and are knowledgeable. I got a tattoo by Pat Aiken a few years ago and I loved it and the experience better then other places I have been. I have been going to him ever since and love each piece more and more. He is truly talented along with his other artist coworkers. I have gotten 4 tattoos and a half sleeve from Pat and stoked to get more by him!! Go check them out they are the best around!!! I recommend them to anyone who asks.

I liked nothing about it the font desk lady was so rude and the piercer was sitting on his phone the whole time and would peirce me Bc its a "Maryland state law" that I cant Get peirced. When I had all my paper work. Plus my mom was there... When theyve peirced me before. Im very unhappy.. With the people that are there they were the rudest things ever and were very disrespectful.. They need to learn how to be nice and polite before they start loosing customers.

Hands down best tattoo experience I have ever had. Staff at the front is welcoming and friendly. All of the artist and very nice and talkative. I got my ink from Patrick Aikin fantastic artist and a great guy. I was there pretty much from open to close and everyone on the staff I pretty much talked to and felt welcomed and like a friend honestly! Great shop I will give them all of my business

Got my kids footprints tattooed here by Will! Staff was friendly & my appt. was on time! He did a great job! Also, they offer free touch ups if needed! Please do not try to take advantage of a free touch up! It is NOT for if you want to add something or change your tattoo!!

I went in to get an equality sign on my arms. 2 bars, all black; simple enough right? wrong. Long story short, I have this uneven, faded crappy tattoo arm and im scared to ever get tatted again.
