is there a half a star rating or no star will do. i took my dad to this office where they decided to do a surgery and had to pay $3000 upfront for it which was not the problem, happy to take care of it but during the surgery doctor decided to not to use the lens in one eye. so now office have to refund $1500 back. guess what it took them 5 to 6 months to give $1000 back and i am still trying to get the remaining $500. i mean how can you not pay back someone if they paid in advance for a service and doctor is the deiced not to use it. i will stop there because i don"t even want to get started on there math 101 skills...................by the way paid my bill on 08/18/2016.................if you did not pay that bill on time imaging the late fees, interest of unpaid amount, letters and phone calls, not to forget report to credit bureau to rune your credit score..........

I would give less then a star if it let me. The office staff is rude and cares nothing about the patients or their time. Whats the point of an appointment if people with later appointments then you are seen before you? This place is a joke and the staff is horrible. The office supervisor kate was the most rund of them all. My family and i will not be going back there. I believe i was a victim of discrimination and i will be calling the better business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and find another eye doctor.

Rude, nasty and unhelpful two feet into the door. The young woman at the sign in desk was nasty and unprofessional. It took all of the bones in my body not to just walk out of there. She fraught me over what my insurance coves and that I cannot take my prescription to another glasses facility... Lies. They are so rude and unprofessional. Save your time and go somewhere that will value you as a customer and treat you like a human.
