Sold me a glass pipe that doesnt work, obviously cheaply made with the illusion of quality, but no airflow. No returns, apparently all sales are final, offered me a deal on a new piece for the broken one because the products they sell are "out of their control". What a waste, spend the extra $10 and goto Portland, dont get scammed.
