I got my nose pierced here and when I was having it done, the almost everyone in the building was coughing and sniffling including the piercer. My piercing fell out before it was healed (my fault) and I followed the piercers instructions by putting in an earing stud and calling them to make an appointment to have her take a look at it. I called and they told me she doesnt take appointments and wouldnt be in until Friday (this was a wednesday). I asked how long she would be in on Friday since I have school. I was told 5:30pm. I went in on Friday at 4 and they told me she was gone already and that I needed to come back the next day. I understand having set hours, but why tell me the wrong time?

I highly recommend. They are very professional, sanitary, and polite. They are also very convenient if you simply want a walk-in piercing. Candy is very informative on how piercings work, as well as she makes sure to check whether it is safe for you to get them or not.(I had initially intended on getting my septum pierced, however, I had veins that if I were to have gotten the piercing-wouldve caused my nose to bleed any time I wouldve gone to move the piercing to clean it.) Instead, I decided on a regular nose piercing which was painless and is healing very well after two months of having. I definitely plan to return to eventually have the other side done. Overall, a very nice place.

I chose an artist who turned out not to be right for me; maybe youll have better luck. The price I paid was inordinate compared to the quality of work I received. The outline was good, but the style choices added are sloppy and inconsistent. I went in for a touch up to correct some of these areas, and the artist was willing, but required more money. If Im paying more anyway, I may as well go somewhere else for a full cover up/rework, looking for better quality. I have several other tattoos of similar size and detail; this was literally double the cost of those, and yet its the only sloppy one needing touch ups.

Very nice people, but slightly cheap. I had a tattoo done on my hand and it ended up fading very quickly ( which was expected) but i knew it would require a touch up. The small two letter tattoo originally costed me 80$, which i found was very expensive for such a small piece. They later charged me half the price of the tat for a touch up; 40$. Most people get touch ups for free and i thought that it was slightly un-professional that they charged me for a touch up.

Just got my second tattoo and a touch up done on my first tattoo (different studio) today at Diversified. Im in love! Siobhan is an amazingly talented artist and she made me feel so comfortable after a bad experience with my first tattoo. Everyone there was nice and the facility was clean and comfortable. I seriously love this place; I recommend it to everyone who wants the best. Thanks Diversified and Siobhan!

I called last week to be sure of the hours I could go in and get a piercing. I finally find a day that I can go in to get it done and I arrive an hour and a half before piercings close and am told that I cant get it done because she doesnt want to take anymore. Not to mention the desk service was far from polite. Im sure the artists there are great but customer service was subpar.

Requested a quote and appointment through their website. Auto response said they would reply in 24 hours. 5 days later when I hadnt heard from them I called. Set an appt for a consult, arrived 10 minutes early and was told the artist left for the day and they needed to reschedule. A call to save me a trip would have been appreciated. I wont be getting my work done there.

I highly recommend this place. I only got a simple ear lobe piercing. Ive had it pierced twice beforel, but it always became infected! I decided it was time to have a professional do the piercing the third time around. The place was very sterile and clean, my piercer was amazing and knew exactly what she was doing. My piercing healed perfectly - no problems!

i have never seen better service in any other tattoo shop in Maine like the service and atmosphere that you get when you visit this shop-- they now have the biggest and best around and the lady who has done all of mine and my wifes tats is there abby lusk

Nice staff that did amazing work on both of my tattoos. Got one in 2007 at their old Bar harbor location and my 2nd at the bangor location in 2010. Amazing, fast, clean, friendly!

Ive tried for a week (3 times spacifically) to get a piercing. They only have one piecer in 3 times a week. She leaves early and doesnt stay if you calling in advance.
