Stood in the customer service line, well, I was 2nd, so not really a line. Anyway, when the associate was done with that person, she was finishing something up, never once said something like, "Sir, you should go to one of the checkouts." And after letting me stand there for 5-10 minutes, she just disappeared, and after waiting in another line, as I left, she still hadnt come back! I love Rouses though.

This isnt the best Rouses in Slidell. They have a good variety... in fact Ive actually seen different flavors here on regular products like cream cheese & such that I didnt know existed. I love finding little odds & ends, but I havent had the best luck finding normal regular every day items at this store. However, its always clean & easily accessible. I havent tried any of their fresh products.

What a nice, clean, well managed store! We met Mr Alton and observed him touring the store, adjusting the displays and checking for anything that might need improving plus taking time to talk to us. We noticed the same routine from many of the clerks. A great store, nice helpful folks, great location, good prices and fresh, well displayed products. We are impressed. Regards, Jerry

Real Nice service Rouses. I despise when the butcher rolls his eyes when asked if he has anything such as ground turkey in this case and he says "all I have is whats out there" which is nothing!!! This occurred 8/28/17 at 5:00 PM at the store on Gause and Front St. Guess we will take our business to Wal Mart.

A Louisiana owned supermarket in Slidell that is one of several Rouses supermarkets in the area. We have lots of supermarket choices in Saint Tammany, and Rouses and Walmart Neighborhood Market are my two favorites. Theres a good selection of both food and spirits, and the prices are reasonable.

Both Rouses here in Slidell very nice the people were nice that employees are nice customer service is very good shopping is very good here with decent prices the only problem is sometimes they do have a roach infestation and I know that for a fact

Horrible place. I used to work at rouses and they treat their workers like trash. The store manager thinks it is okay to yell at people. They treat customers with food stamps and wic poorly. They do not give holiday pay for workers either.

The staff was rude for starters and when we asked for assistance they were to busy watching a video on a phone to help. We just left. I recommend Winn Dixie or CashSaver.
