Terrible. Thought we were getting smoked sausage, but ended up w Italian. OMG! The odor of the uncooked sausage reeked. The cooked sausage made me gag. I will never eat this, too embarrassed to serve this to guest & definitely will not give away to friends. There is some ingredient that is in this product that is very offensive. I plan to call Non-profit centers w/ hope that I can make donation. Very disappointed, b/c I always look forward to our yearly deer sausage.

The regular smoked and Cajun smoked sausage is awesome. I have tried several and it is worth the drive to get this sausage.
