Ordered a bat from Marucci for my sons one and only wood bat tournament, paid for expedited delivery and production. I have been emailing and leaving messages since Tuesday because to update had been issued on the website order status page since the day after I bought it with no response. Today I call once again and to my surprise someone actually answered the phone. They told me it would be shipped tomorrow and I would have it early next week enthusiastically even though I explained the bat was for a wood bat tournament this Saturday. The charming young lady sarcastically said sorry and told me to have a nice day as she hung up the phone. I have dealt with many many companies over the years and this is without a doubt the poorest operated company Ive ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. If you have a month to wait perhaps Marucci is your best option but if you have a tight timeline proceed with caution or you may end up with a wood bat for a tournament that is already happended.

I went there with my son he loved the items they sold. But then we found out there were batting cages int e back so the next Saturday i brought him and we were there from 1 to 5 he enjoyed himself very much.

Great place to drop in and check out the new Marucci baseball equipment. They have batting cages to test bats and you can custom engrave bats also.
