My family has been dealing with Covenant Industries for over 15 years. We purchased our 1st Spa with them in 1998 and just replaced it with a new and improved model. During our 15 year run we utilized every aspect of their services including asking them to move it from one house to our current. They have always been prompt, courteous and fair when dealing with them. I originally picked them to deal with in part because they are a locally owned, family business. I have been glad ever since. They treat us like we are family and over the 15 years, when I call they know us by name and are always eager to help. On my most recent purchase, Larry (primary owner) gave me a great price and went above and beyond to see to it that my spa was delivered and set up perfectly. Many things he did were not necessarily his to do, BUT, he did them without hesitation. I like dealing with Covenant and for Sales to Service they are a top notch family with great customer service. GREAT PRICE+GREAT SERVICE = Happy Customer!!!!! Thanks Covenant, you are appreciated.

Purchased a hot tub from Covenant nearly twenty years ago. Still use it twice a day and refer to it as the best valued, dollar for dollar purchase weve ever made other than our home. Covenant was great when we bought the tub, moved it to a new house and their service guy, who has been around for a long time, is awesome. Services our tub even when we arent home and surrounded by three large dogs. I am writing this now because last week, I accidentally cut a check to them for services rendered, twice. I met Larry 17 years ago, have bought a couple indoor products over the years for new homes. Just bought our first outdoor spa and could not be more pleased! Larry and his team are fantastic! Answered all our questions and most important - educated us. Larry personally met with us today to walk through the entire spa in our backyard. Treated us like we were problem customers when our NEW hot tub came in and it had jets not working and making strange noises. Owner yelled at us because we were too demanding, and we were not the only customers. I could go on and on. Asked them to come an get it and give our money back.

We were told different things just about every time we talked to them. Good thing that I kept all of my correspondence so that I could prove what I was told. Seemed very friendly and knowledgeable at first. Then when we had a problem we were treated like a major hassle.

Worst service. Bought a spa from them several years ago. Called once for service no one ever showed. No customer service response. They lie to you every chance they get. Stay away from them very far away!!
