Every few weeks my co - workers and I order food from here and at this point Im not sure why we keep going back. The past 3 times there has been an issue. The first incident was when I called in our orders and waited 45 minutes to pick it up because I knew theyd be busy. I told the hostess and she instructed me to get in line to pay for it and she would call it to the counter. After standing in line for another 10 minutes the manager met me at the counter and told me I mustve called a different store because I never placed an order with them. After showing him in my call log that I had placed the order over and hour ago and had been on the phone with his store placing that order for over 5 minutes he finally apologized and said the kitchen would start on the order. It was another 30 minutes before I left the store with our food and our biscuits and condiments were missing. The next two visits consisted of a very nice older lady who just couldnt seem to figure out how to split the check even though we had placed our orders separately and had to wait for someone else to be available to ring us out, extensive wait times on orders that had been placed well in advance, missing food, more waiting for said food, and lack of general "Old Country Store" feel that theyre known for. Somehow Im still holding out hope for a genuinely good experience at this location.

Nothing.....I am a handicapped veteran wheelchair bound. Crackerbarrels manager told me that I should probably go somewhere more wheelchair friendly!!!! Have they never heard of the Americans With Disabilities Act? The manager asked what the problem was with aaccessibility? I said , "would you like to put your fat ass in a OMG and navigate through your store"? He said, "hell no"! I said,"then fix it". The bathrooms are not ADA compatable no access to sinks....... I helped bring this company public before my injury when I was in investment banking. I am sorry I ever did.........its a shame we veterans fight for our country just to be treated like a pariah on society. If you are in even the smallest wheelchair/electric chair forget this chain, check it off as out of the possibilities, at least while I work on a class action lawsuit against this chain. The fat asses at Tennessee Corporate need to get in a wheelchair and attempt to navigate their own stores, its so much more fun with my mandatory service dog who was made to feel about as welcome as sunlight at a vampire convention. SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME ON THIS ANTI- DISABLED VETERAN ESTABLISHMENT.

They say my generation is killing the fast-casual dining experience, and I think I know why. With places like Lydia House, Monnik, El Mundos, and so many other local eateries, dining at a boring institution like Cracker Barrel just doesnt do anything for me. The nice thing is that the food will always taste the same, and its reasonably priced, so there arent any risks with this choice. But there are options in Louisville that would blow Cracker Barrel out of the water every time, and they are about the same price, and they are local, so the money is going right back into the community! I say let the fast-casual joints die, and be replaced by local dining experiences that cannot be matched!

We like to go here to eat before we go to the movies. The food and service is always awesome. Our last visit was so good had to do a review. They was packed, only one table open when we walked in but the staff was great. Got our food in less than 15 minutes after ordering and it tasted amazing. Our waitresses name was Sho and I think she was the best waitress we have ever had. Friendly and great customer service. Even though she was extremely busy she would take the time every few minutes to check on us to make sure everything was ok....The manager was even helping the staff with customers and cleaning tables. Hes doing a great job running that place.

I used to enjoy going to Cracker Barrel, not anymore. First, the hostess was very rude when it came to seating us. Second, the server took forever to get there not to mention he sounded like he didnt know what he was doing. When we got our food, my sons pancakes were wrong(ordered blueberry but he brought us regular ones). When we finally got his pancakes back, they looked like the cook burned blueberries into the pancake. Needless to say my son couldnt eat them due to the taste. Every time wed start asking the server a question, hed leave in the middle of it or "doze off" while we were talking. If you want good service, go to another Cracker Barrel.

Service was terrible. Orderd the steak with a loaded baked patatoe and a glass of ice water. Had to ask for my water because he never came back with it. Waiter showed up with my dinner and says, oh did u not get your salad? No i didnt. My patatoe had nothing on it and had to ask for butter and sour cream. Heccame back with a bitvof butter and a package of sour cream. Never saw the waiter again until he dropped the check and ran. I did complain to the manager and he removed the loaded baked patatoe. Im from southern California we dont have cracker barrel there and im thinking with this kind of service they would never make it.

Rude server, cold food. Our food came out rather quickly for being at a Cracker Barrel. But every item of my fiances meal was cold while mine was all hot. The server barely came to our table, the whole visit, despite not having that many tables to wait and there being several other servers. She wasnt even the one who brought our food out. So it was probably at least 10 minutes before we could get her or anyone elses attention. I told her politely that all my fiances food was cold and before we could utter another word the server snatched the plate in front of my fiance, muttered she would take it off the check and stormed off.

After calling ahead and being told they dont accept reservations. Our party of 13 went anyway; after being told there would an hour wait and waiting for over an hour went spoke with the manager who basically provided no excuse. The front staff also seemed to think it was funny that we were waiting an excessive amount of time. During our wait there were approximately 25-30 people that were seating. Horrible experience at THIS location and will not visit again. The staff seemed totally unorganized and careless about the customers !!!!!

A bad experience was made worse by the lack of action by the manager. Eggs werent cooked as ordered and then my gift card couldnt be accepted because "lines were down". It was a 46 minute hold time for the checkout person to call their support line to get it fixed. I ended up using my credit card to pay full price of our meals. Ive never had this bad of an experience at a Cracker Barrel. Manager saw everything that happened but offered nothing more than an apology and jokingly blamed it on Thunder over Louisville.

Very disappointed. Food quality was very lacking. Gravy bland and undercooked- tasted like raw flour, our scrambled eggs were runny in the middle. I ordered a side of hashbrown casserole, I paid almost$3.00 for it the serving was maybe 1/3c. The biscuits looked more like some kind of bread roll. Ive always loved Cracker Barrel, unless they improve the quality of their food, sad to say, not with the money. I did inform waitress, who said she would let the manager know.
