I got my vertical labret pierced here about 3 weeks ago, and the piercer had to do it two times. The piercing was straight and everything but, he used the wrong size needle the first time. Due to him having to do it twice(which shouldnt have need to be done) My lip got infected and I had to remove my piercing. I have been taking care of it with sea salt and water, and for the past three weeks I have been trying to push off taking it out, because I thought it was part of the healing process, but today the pain was unbearable. My entire bottom lip was uncomfortable, and throbbing. I do not recommend getting piercings here. The reason I gave three stars, is because their artist are really good, I got a tattoo there last June, and its amazing.

Very nice staff, very welcoming. Only real complaint I have, is that when I got my tattoo I wasnt informed by the artist that it is only free touch-ups for a year. All my other tattoos have free touch-ups for life so I was surprised. But I love my art and they have pretty decent prices as well.

Love love love these guys! Can walk in and request a crazy piece and you will walk out with a great looking tattoo every time!! 4 people from our household have been tattooed there and all 4 would go back for more!
