Nice selection of donuts, great frosting/toppings, but donut itself was very dry. Establishment was interesting and cozy. I ordered a boba tea and it was extremely sweet. Im talking drinking straight sugar sweet. No sense of tea in it at all like what Im used to. Not sure if it was made correctly, but I was too nervous to *bother* the staff. Neither of these were my main issues with this shop though. I was most disappointed and honestly shocked by the attitude and lack of care by the staff. We went this morning (Saturday) and there was a male and female working. They were the most miserable pair of employees Ive ever been around. Clearly annoyed when I explained we had never been in before and asked for recommendations. She quickly listed off a few titles of donuts giving no explanation of them. When I asked for clarification on what was on some of the donuts she seemed very unpleased and agitated. It was very uncomfortable. I quickly just randomly picked a few different donuts since there was a line behind us and she already seemed annoyed with me. The young man walked over to see if we were ordering any coffees and we did. When I said I would like a boba tea he asked what flavor and I asked what flavors were available. He (again another agitated employee) without saying anything he rudely pointed to a menu of flavors that I had mistaken for the lattes. We spent $20 total here and I left feeling upset and disappointed. I felt as if my family was annoying them for walking in the door and asking for help with their products. I hope the owner of this establishment reads these reviews bc I think the employees need to be taught how to treat their customers. Especially new ones that you would like to gain as repeating customers. Unfortunately my family wont be back. There was nothing warm or inviting about this place mainly because of the employees. First impressions are everything and the staff ruined it. Ive found much more kindness and helpfulness at other establishments.

The Donut Whole is probably one of the coolest places in town to hang out... and eat donuts. Besides having a huge chicken on top of the building (that in itself is plenty a reason to be dubbed "the coolest hangout"), they have the most fantastic buttermilk donuts in the world. The selection is huge and delicious: the famous Maple Bacon, Old School, Homer J or the Sunshine Citrus Crunch... they are all fantastic and you cant go wrong with any of their flavors. They also carry unique pop that is made with real sugar (they even have the large glass bottled Coke made with real sugar), as well as kick ass, local coffee and tea (you gotta try the boba tea). If they couldnt get any cooler, they have bands mulitiple times a week jam and local artists display their works. Pretty neat stuff. Also, if this hasnt convinced you to check them out, at least come in and look at their bathroom. Its pretty trippy.

Donuts are pretty bland and taste slightly like dish soap. Staff is terrible. Went there for a dozen donuts for the office and a coffee drink, there was one man in front of me in line who had ordered a drink. Three girls were just standing around gossiping while one was making the drink, I didnt get acknowledged until a solid 10 minutes later. There was no sense of urgency and it made me late to work. I have a similar experience every time I go in here for office donuts. This is the place I would always go to buy them, because I try to support local businesses, but they dont seem to care about the customer so Ill no longer be going here. The only reason this is two stars instead of one is because they have vegan donuts on Wednesday which is pretty awesome. They sell out of them pretty quickly though so I wish they had them every day!

I about lost my lunch when I walked in and seen $16.75 for a dozen donuts but wife wanted them. And they have four different tiers of pricing. The cheapest are like 10.75 and highest 16.75. If you get 11 cheapie donuts and ONE stinkin premium donut then the dozen costs $16.75!! This place is out of their ever lovin mind. Also out of everything. And I asked if I could get ONE lousy second-tier donut in my dozen and their response was nope! Way to run off a customer over like 50 cents, great customer service "ladies". I am a business owner, you guys are terrible... go back to customer service school (better yet go for the first time). Update : major heartburn. FYI Theres a new dunkin donuts on West Street.

Nothing to rave about. The reviews that go on and on about how great this place is must be friends of the owner. The donuts are on trays which are on bread racks. There was nothing protecting them from the army of flies that were buzzing around. The staff was less than polite, but not completely rude. The place looked dirty and either the air conditioning was broken or their overpriced donuts arent paying the bills. I ordered the key lime cheesecake, which was moist, but was entirely wrapped in the paper hand gasket and pulled all the "lime" flavoring off when I removed it. This would be considered a high end donut shop.... in Tijuana.

As a child I would come here all the time for their delicious baked custome donuts and warm fresh chai tea. The place is a nice, cozy little donut shop that has much to offer in terms of atmosphere and menu. The tea and coffee are all fresh and delicious. The donuts are also very good! Each custom made and toppes with all sorts of deliciousness. Place is great if you want some coffee and read a nice book or just to get to together with friends. The place also do live events from time to time so definitely a place you want to bring a date or the family if so choose too. Wish I was back home again Im already missing the place.

Quirky and fun donuts, fresh coffee flavors, hometown entertainment. The first thing you will notice is the wonderful atmosphere of college students doing homework in a booth, an older couple or two enjoying the night on the town, or business man grabbing a quick cup of good coffee. What stands out at the Donut Whole is the donuts, obviously. They are quick and creative masterpieces and sometimes disasters, but thats the fun with this venue. Also, there will most likely be live entertainment during the later part of the day. Some good, some bad, but thats the music for you.

The best coffee shop in Wichita hands down! When I step into the Donut Whole, I feel like I am experiencing a part of what is an essential piece of what makes the ICT great. Authentic artwork all around. A large sectioned back area makes for a great environment to study, work, or just hang back with your friends. They also brew their coffee with locally roasted coffee from the Spice Merchant - just a couple blocks away. I would give this five stars but I feel their coffee is a tad overpriced. I think I paid something like $2.75 for a medium coffee (no espresso).

Came here for some donuts. Was not disappointed. Everything seemed based off their standard cake donut with about 30 different options of frosting and toppings. I got a blueberry donut that was fantastic, and another donut that looked like a clown with buttercream frosting and a gumball in the center to simulate a nose. Sadly, the gumball spoiled the donut with its unnatural chemical flavor. Id go again to try everything they have though. My mango boba tea was near perfect as well, with a tonnnn of boba
