The sweetness of low prices is long forgotten after the bitterness of poor quality. The quality can vary greatly from average to junk. Rechargeable batteries, cutting board and some other non tool items were ok. Hand tool, 120v power tools lasted only a few uses before breaking, Screw drivers and sockets were the worst I have ever seen for durability. If you really want some decent quality, stay away from the Chinese quality and buy American.

Upon walking in the entire store was filthy, cashiers were rude, no one knew where anything was. Most the time the one I assume was the manager was on their phone. I will never go back. Even the guy pushing the carts at Lowes knows where things are at in the store. In all honesty their tools arent worth what you pay. They even tried pushing their extend plan on the drill I bought stating "I see them come back all the time"

I Personally have had very good experience here. Prices are very affordable if your needing something in a hurry. Quality of product is what you pay for. And availability has been there when ever I went. This place stays very busy and there is ample parking. I would recommend this company for your tool needs of you are in a hurry or on a budget.

The tools range in quality from cheap to pretty decent. Their house brand Pittsburgh, is solid. They need to streamline the checkout process. It takes forever just to get through the line, and this place is always busy. Friendly and helpful staff... more than likely you will need their help locating whatever you are looking for.

Accidentally bought 3/4 drive axle nut set and tried to exchange for 1/2. Was refused because I did not have the original receipt. No negotiating just bam. No return. Very poor service but then again, its harbor freight.

Horrid customer service. They will have massize lines waiting to check out and will Go off duty. Prices might be good but this isnt worth the time. I suggest going to lowes or down the shopping center to ace hardware.

Its cheep and that is what I expected. The staff are knowledgeable of where the merchandise is and helpful to find it, just dont ask for advice because they dont know anything other than where its at.

This place has many different kinds of tools like axes, crowbars, and mallets. Also, when they gave out coupons, there was one for a free multimeter and a screwdriver set. Awesome deals here!!!
