Holiday hours not posted on door. Showed up, door didnt open, employees inside stared at me. Looked for sign of when they opened and there wasnt one. I get its a holiday but post your hours. Have your employees give me hand signals on when you do open. Dont just stare and ignore. I try to support local, but the customer service at this store is always terrible. Update: went back to the store after calling and finding out they open at noon today by a very rude lady. Walk in with 3 members of management by door, no greeting me. Helped myself in paint section, at checkout no greeting, got a "wanna bag?" Then when I paid with my card inserted in the machine she says, "pull it out" yea like i didnt hear the approved beep myself lady. Gave me my roller, no thank you....nothing! Un-freakin-believable!!

Unbelievable customer service. Always so helpful willing to go the extra mile to help you with any need you have. Maybe a little more pricey on some items at times but the customer service is well worth the extra expense. Its nice to have people so willing to help you instead of searching for a person in a big box store. I appreciate all the help that youre able to get at the store and if they dont have it theyre willing to research it and see how they can find it for you. You do not fight customer service like this in the bigger stores

This is a great little hardware store. The people are friendly and as helpful. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is that I often find myself waiting in line at the checkout counter. This especially seems odd when there are other employees standing around talking. In short, one minute to find what I need, five minutes to go through the checkout.

Indian Hills Ace is another reason to shop local! Had a great experience today getting a ladder at Ace. Nicos was extremely helpful, explained my options and carried it all the register & my truck without even asking if I wanted help! When youre at Ace you can always find friendly help!

I love going to this hardware store. They almost always have what Im looking for. The customer service has been outstanding for years. Its the kind of store that the neighborhood is proud to have and I dont think Im overreaching with that statement.
