1st of all I will say that when I moved to Oskaloosa from a bigger city I was worried that I would miss out on many of the convinces that came with living in a major city. One of those is I often like to go out and get breakfast after trying a couple places I kinda gave up tell one morning I came across the Brickhouse Cafe and all else is history. They have a get team super friendly and easily make it comfortable for their customers, and thats not even the best part they have some amazing food! I love it there and fully intend to make it my regular breakfast destination.

Staff was very nice, location was clean, and has a cool atmosphere. Marketed as a breakfast location but breakfast ends at 10:30. The reason why I am rating 1 star is because menu item that said chicken bacon ranch wrap is NOT as stated but is a chicken salad wrap and no bacon found. There was no flavor of ranch and was not palatable. Philly cheesesteak was mediocre at best as well. I would NOT come back or recommend eating here.

Awesome atmosphere and amazing food! Had the special of Baja fish tacos and it did not disappoint. Kids had pulled pork sandwiches that were very good! All very reasonably priced. Very lucky to have such amazing food in our little town.
