this was the worst customer service I have ever had I had ordered online through another site but was filled by Farm and City the item I ordered was a carpet cleaning solution the picture showed a 1 gallon jug and it said you will receive 5 gallons (draw your own conclusion on what you are getting) I assumed by the picture that it would be one gallon containers just as shown in the picture. However when I received the product it came packaged as one 5 gallon bucket very clumsy to pour into a carpet cleaning machine but this is not the worst if you would see how filty this bucket was there was a black charcoal smeared all over it and then the handle was also broke. Now I need this product thats why I ordered it duh So when I call to customer service they tell me well we can take the bucket back and refund you so I say but I need the product well we are sorry maam but we do not have any more to replace it with so I say you can have the bucket back I will just put the product in an easier to use container and send this container back so you can see it even though I had sent them several pictures> WELL wait for it this is the customer service responds well no we can not do that we need it all back or we can only credit you 8% are you serious even though you made the mess and you can not send me out a good one 8% what a joke Audrey Zomer

Have been in the store several times with positive experience each time. It is nice to be helped by staff who actually know the answers to my questions vs the other stores I have been in who typically have staff that are better at video games than answering my project questions. Even when they didnt have what I needed, they ordered it for me and sold it to me at 10% over their cost. WOW! I love local business.

some of the best people I have ever dealt with, ordered small sweeper from jet you sent wrong product jet would not send right product until I returned wrong item. called your company young man answered said so sorry sent me my sweeper said not to worry about returns. I will send your product back at my cost, many thanks ALSO NO MORE JET FARM AND CITY ONLY!!!!

Surprising variety of products, and free popcorn! plumbing, hardware, feed for farm animals, hay, chaffhay. Always enough friendly staff to help; no waiting. I got a $400 Echo chainsaw there that was everything they promised. Easy start, cuts 4 times as fast as the Stihl 025 I had before.
