I wish I remembered the gals name from this day, but the people who work here are super sweet. Ive visited Teavana numerous times, but what finally got me to write a full review was a few months ago when I went in, desperately sick. I had just been sent home from work and picked up a bunch of medications and remedies from Target. I wandered in, warning the girls at the counter that I was sick and felt so terrible for so long that I had little faith in the medicine I had just purchased. I immediately asked about their "Wellness Teas" and which theyd recommend for my state. All they had at that time was the sample pack, but it was only $30 or something like that. I cant say that the tea magically healed me, but the fact that these girls took such care to make sure I got what I needed and what would at least make me feel a little better. They werent afraid to get near me despite me being sick, though I warned them ahead of time. They just wanted to help and thats exactly what they did. Their samples are always great and their gear is helpful. If only they made this place half store and half cafe with tables and stuff, Id be here daily.

Ive never been a tea drinker but after stopping in here and learning all about tea from the employee named Molly I am highly intrigued. She had fantastic recommendations for first timers and even showed us the whole process of how the tea was made! Not to mention the tea was delicious. Thank you Molly!
