Very rude staff!!! The other team was so much more polite & willing to help. I will go to the SB over on the other side of town for my products from now on. I was going out of state & ended up stopping at the Council Bluffs SB. So much more polite, greeted me at the door & asking what they could help me with.

I bought a toner for the blind color, it turned my hair purple. When I went to the store to show them the problem the have me another color and a lot of attitude telling me we dont know what you do with this stuff at home, really what do you think were doing with it. Never again will I be back.

The previous sales team seemed genuinely nice. This current sales team seem to be out for a sale. Lack the sincerity. Either way I like the products dont care to be the wing it answers.
