Rude × 10,000. I wouldnt spend someone elses money there. If you ask me hes disrespectful to his own wife so you know he does give several cares about his customers. He should change the name of his store to reflect how he interact with his customers. It tickles me that you love a person because they give you a " deal " on hair products and ignore the blatent signs of disrespect. The "deal" hes giving still isnt close to the amount hes actually paying for the items. In the world of business its called price and demand. I will take the higher price with respect for $5000 Alex. #selfrespect#deserverespect.

I love shopping at this store. The owners ( who work in the store regularly) are friendly and helpful. I am very particular about where I spend my money and I expect to be treated well when I enter a business. The staff at Queen Beauty never let me down. They offer a wide array of hair and hair care products, as well as accessories for the entire family. Their quality products are also reasonably priced. I pass several beauty supply stores to shop at Queen for the service. I highly recommended this store to anyone, be they a professional or at home stylist, to try Queen Beauty Supply.

They are so rude! One time I was in there...the boss got made because a lady was asking to many questions about a wig...the lady end up getting mad because him and the wife was so rude( telling her to hurry up ND she making things hard) she pushed everything off the front desk so I tired to leave because my baby was there he tried to hold us in there but I begged him to let me out he pushed everyone in there out and told us thats why he dont like serving to are people!!!

If you go towards Rodney Parham you will find better prices as well as better service. The prices are questionable and sometimes seem to be made up as you checkout. I hate that there are NO prices on most hair items. The wife is not so friendly but the guy is always nice and willing to help. I guess they have to make their coins in the hood cause youll never know what youre going to spend in that store.
