there are a couple people there that are amazing and super helpful, one of them is named deb and the younger one that always works with her. But the rest of them have no clue how to make a crafted press, some of them dont even know what the vanilla base is or where it is, or that youre suppose to blend the ingredients together. please train your employees better. xoxo
