The store had no line when I went but for whatever reason, there was no cream, milk or anything out. My coffee had grounds in the bottom. Also, both mine and my friends coffees spilled all over the place due to the cups being deformed and the lid not sealing it in. Looking at the rims, it looks like they were bent when being stored. Generally bad experience considering I just wanted a brewed coffee. Update: went back again and there was once again coffee grounds in my cup, they completely forgot I ordered a water even, and they only had half and half out.

Worst experience ever! The last time I ventured to this Starbucks was my last. I stopped in on my to work with plenty of time to spare. When I went in there was no line so my wife and I were able to put in our order quickly. After 15mins I still hadnt received my order. I found out that they had forgot to make it! After I asked for my money back and the cashier said okay and then proceeded to help another customer... after I had already waited in line for 5 mins, just to check on my order. I would not recommend this place if youre in a hurry.

Not the Starbucks chain, but this specific one. This is the second time they have given me the wrong order. I dont care how busy you are. Its not okay to keep making this mistake. Ive gotten straight black coffee when I ordered a mocha, which mean I pay more for the staff I got. Make an effort to actually making sure that the right order is given to the right people. These people need a customer service course or something. two mistakes is way too many. Im not setting foot to this Starbucks ever again.

Avoid this Starbucks like the plague. It is not so much the Starbucks as it is the parking lot has a one hour time limit... if you exceed the limit by even 10 minutes... the West Lafayette police will write you a ticket (I speak from experience). This is the only place I have ever seen where you are ticketed for using a private parking lot for what it is intended (Shopping at the shops in the strip mall). It is a scam... avoid this strip mall.

Great location for the coffee fix but parking is limited as also is the inside compared to other coffee shops. And like the Starbucks in the Union, this location NOT accommodate the Starbucks rewards last I checked. Defeats my whole reasons for going, why else but build up my Starbucks Stars like a sheep? For expensive beverages Im more for Latea Lounge just a few stores down.

I ordered 4 Vanilla Bean Frappe two with an espresso shot on top. They blended the shot instead of pouring it on top. When I complained about it all they did was pour a shot on top instead of remaking it. Very disappointed. Tried calling three times to talk to a manager and all you get is a busy signal. Will NOT come back to this Starbucks!!!!!!!

I ordered two sandwiches and two drinks. There was so much confusion with the sandwiches. I was told it was mine and then it wasnt. I saw a staff member eating in the corner by the toaster over while waiting for my sandwich to finish cooking... Not a good experience.

Generally one of the better Starbucks locations around town. Ive never had to send back an incorrect order or wait for an unreasonable amount of time. I cant speak to the quality of the food, but the drinks are spot-on.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff is great! Its the best Starbucks in the area for just sitting and working. Maybe I like it because theres no drive thru. :)

They open later than most Starbucks @ 6:00 AM. Im guessing because this Starbucks is on college campus. Still thet were friendly a quick to get you out.
