I normally wouldnt rate a Starbucks in my town since I just go to whichever is most convenient, but the last 2 visits to this location have been very disappointing. The first of the two: the cashier at the drive thru was so unpleasant when I placed my order, that when they gave me my drink at the window, I already felt like such a nuisance, I didnt want to deal with correcting them on giving me the wrong drink. The second visit: the food I got was ice cold in the middle, which was not really a surprise as the gal who took my order also seemed very irritated that I wanted an additional item. I dont know if they hire crappy people or have a crappy manager, but its the worst Starbucks in Bton.

Since this is pretty much my home away from home, I cant possibly say anything bad about it. But then, I dont have anything bad to say. The coffee is excellent. The food and desserts are all excellent. Great atmosphere. They are the only Starbucks in this area that has the amazing Clover Machine. And best of all, the Baristas are the best in the world. Most of them are Facebook friends of mine!

Always super long lines, have never waited less than 15 minutes... more commonly 25 minutes. 1/3 of the time part of my order is done incorrectly. Too much traffic for one location... take note Starbucks Corporate. Youre losing sales at this location.

Pleasant place to get a cup coffee and/or type on your laptop and read. Its not to busy later on in the day. But they dont mind if you come to type on your laptop there. Coffee and food is the same as any other Starbucks.

Always crowded, but in the good way. (Not the "wait in line for 20 minutes" way.) The drive-thru goes backwards, so make sure you follow the signs.
