Ive gotten 2 of my 5 tattoos done here although I wish I would have had them all done at this place!! The first time I went in was almost 5 years ago for a breast cancer ribbon on my ankle. The artist who tattooed me was Carrie and she was super friendly and knowledgable. The second time I went in was about a month ago after an impulse for some fresh ink. Walked in to price out a tattoo and make an appointment but luckily Chad had an opening so I actually got tattooed the same day! He was also super nice, talked to me throughout the whole tattoo and was awesome when I can back in a few weeks later for touch ups (Purdue School Seal on my foot). The line work is spot on, Im pretty sure its my favorite tattoo. Id highly reccomend this place for tattoos!! Ive also gotten my lip pierced here by Pirate and it healed up wonderfully, I get compliments on it all the time. This is the place to go in West Lafayette!!

I got a flat helix piercing from Revolution about 2 months ago and I am really impressed. My piercing I got there has healed better than any other Ive had (I have eight). My piercer was Pirate (I think hes the only piercer there) and he was very nice, laid back, open to my questions about anything. He didnt hesitate to tell me everything he was doing regarding sterilization, prepping the needle, etc. He angled it perfectly so it never gets caught in my hair, and gave me healing instructions that worked perfectly for me. I plan on going back soon for another piercing and highly recommend others to go here.

If you want an artist who is alert to what you want and super friendly, go see Chad @ Revolution! Newer to Lafayette, I have been looking for an artist. After several tattoos, I had my first nausea moment while getting tattooed with Chad. Instead of being made fun of or hassled like I know some artists have done, Chad was such a gentleman and got me a soda and let me rest before continuing the tattoo! My tattoo turned out EXACTLY how I envisioned it. I highly recommend you going here and ask for Chad!

Pirate did a really simple tragus piercing for me and he was not only super polite but he was really professional and quick. [it did cost fifty dollars] I dont think even piercing my earlobes was that easy. He was really nice and answered all my questions (not a ton but still.) I saw a few reviews that said the staff was dismissive or not super friendly but anyone I interacted with was really nice. 10/10 would go again. Will go again.

My friend and I had a really good experience at Revolution. Asia did our tattoos, and she was awesome. She was super personable (something I especially appreciate in a tattoo artist), she was professional, and she did an amazing job. Piercing room looks very unclean but tattoo room was fine. Tats were even better! I could have used a bit more friendly people working there tho. They are nice, but none of them seemed like they wanted to engage in a conversation, which is important for customer service if Im sitting there for two hours getting a piece done ya know. Otherwise, Id recommend it to anyone!

Theyre friendly, but not the best. Its an old building so a some dirt is expected, but they also had duct tape on their table/bed thing and I got a lot of misinformation about my daith. My friend was misinformed about her tragus, too. If you know what youre doing Id say this is fine to do but if youre new to piercings, Id recommend going elsewhere.

Me and my boyfriend took my 16 year old son in for his first tattoo. The staff was extremely friendly. The tattoo came out excellent. We are very satisfied with the work that was done, and we plan on going back for more tattoos. I would highly recommend coming here to get a tattoo!!! Oh and the price was great. I was quoted higher at other shops.

The staff members are rude and antisocial to the customers. Theyre extremely unprofessional. Pirate does not know what hes doing. He pierced my tongue while I was there and he didnt even mark it. My tongue ring was completely crooked and I had to take it out after only having it for 3 days. I dont recommend it.

The young man named Pirate performed my piercings for me. I had both of my daiths in my ear pierced. He made sure I was comfortable, answered all of my questions and made sure I was at ease at all times. I highly recommend asking for him and will recommend him to anyone who asks. THANK YOU

This place is awesome! Ive been to quite a few other tattoo and piercing shops in the area, and Revolution is my favorite. I got my tongue done, and it went really well. Cheap prices, nice staff, clean facility...I highly recommend it.

Two piercings I got had to be removed, one surgically because of infection! I had them redone later by Dee at Sacred Apple & they are doing great!! Staff here is not friendly! Wont ever return or recommend!!
