I would have to disagree with u all .. None of u have ever worked for Product Depot... I worked for them for like 3 months, and it was the worst three months of my life... They dont care about their customers, all they care about is $$$$$ Money...The manager Lori is very mean and so rude to all her employees...she talked to me like I was a child... Like what I did was not good enough... She should not be the manager there, she is just not a nice person... Shes rude and thinks she is better than everyone else... I sliced my fingers so many times from cutting all the products and when I told Lori it seemed like she didnt care... What manager does that? And the pay was horrible, and the employees barely get 15 hours a week...I would never work for them ever again... And I recommend u not even going back! Its not worth it.... Their sandwiches, soup or smoothies are not even good! I totally would rather go to Panera Bread!! U all might like this place but u dont see what goes on behind doors.... I just dont think they deserve to be in business!! They are just money hungry $$$

Why has it taken so long for me to walk in here?? What a treasure! I knew they would have the basic produce and grocery selection, but I didnt know they would be so fresh and reasonably priced. They have fresh mung beans, herbs, squash, and small batch spices. Want freshly ground cashew butter? Head to the back-right for the machine next to ones for peanut and almond butters. Feel like a fruit smoothie or pressed juice? You can order one at the bar when you walk in and pick it up for the drive home when youre done with shopping. I think my biggest surprise was the selection of paleo bacon, treats, and gluten free EVERYTHING. I no longer have to drive up to whole paycheck for pantry needs. Of course, the meat and deli selections are limited here, but they do have a small amount of premade meals, chopped salads, and deli salads as well. This place is a gem.

Im going to start off by saying i worked for produce depot for over a year and it was a great. Im 17 and this was my first job and i would have stayed at produce depot longer but my small business has grown to big for me to keep this job. The owners truly taught me how to treat my employees later down the road when i get employees for my business. Even now as a customer they treat me with the same respects as they did when i was an employee for them. Everything they buy is fresh and very healthy for you. All of the smothies are from fresh markets and hand picked from the owners. There smoothies are 100 times better and heather then any place around. I know this is a long review but i just felt like i need to leave this review and hopefully this will help some that wants to apply there.

The owner is rude and he constantly has a bad attitude. Every time i ask him a question he acts like i am bothering him. He always gives me a short unhelpful answers. The owners treat people like garbage and it is very clear they just want your money. The fruit and vegetables are the exact same ones you can get at stracks. Whole foods has a much better selection and nice people working there to help you and answer any questions. Dont waste your time at this place. It also crushed my daughter in the front door since the sensor did not work. I should probably have sued the place

I think the staff could be more friendly. Not very friendly . much rather go to whole foods or Sunrise, more selection, friendlier staff and sale items. Came in one evening 1/2 hr before closing and felt like I was being rudely rushed to leave. This leaves a bad impression. For there most part, the staff is not helpful. I think they could try harder especially since there are other places to go locally to get fresh produce and specialty items

I love Produce Depot. Its a small business and they get amazing produce and other hard to find items that I need for my vegan diet. The owners are extremely nice. I moved to Indiana from California and Produce Depot was the market that I frequented almost daily. Love the vegan, gluten free soups. Its an amazing market, warm and friendly. I actually like Produce Depo better than Whole Foods.

I love produce depot and all the employees that work there. Mary and Carole are wonderful women. Thank you for the fresh produce, the homemade breads and sandwiches, and of course the love that goes into your establishment. All they need to do now is exspand to crown point were I just moved to....lol

Produce depot is the best place in northwest Indiana for produce, vegan/vegetarian foods and specialty items, sandwiches, smoothies and of course their homemade breads and baked goods. Cant say enough great things! What really sets it apart are the owners/employees who treat everyone like family!

Totally love your homemade pico de gallo!! Have always had a positive experience whenever Ive come in to Produce Depot. My wife is usually in your store 2-3 times a week and has only ever said amazing thing about all of you! Thank you for keeping us all healthy

Nice family owned business. Small clean eating store. They have a little area for dining where they make and serve meals inside. Good, homemade food. Great place to grab organic, vegan, veggie items
