I can see where Jessica Lees review is coming from. About a year ago, I went in one morning for coffee & pastry. The shop has about half full. There was no one ahead of me at the ordering counter. 5 minutes passed and not one employee ever acknowledged me. Loud enough for any employee to hear, I said, "Well, I guess you folks dont want my business". This past Saturday, I stopped in for apple fritters. The service was better, but the "apple" in the fritter was missing. It was an OK pastry; just not a very good apple fritter. Their competition in Centerville has nothing to worry about.

Normally, the store is a much nicer place. But today I went in to get some donuts for me and my family, and understandibly so, they were busy. Got my donuts, got home and...they were stale. The Honey Dips I could tell had been cooked the day before, or allowed to thaw before cooking. They were not as soft as they should have been. Not to mention the signs were either mixed up or missing, and the baker was not clean-shaven, nor did he have a net on his beard. Time to find another donut stop.

The individuals that work at the Richmond location are the nicest, most helpful people in town. My friends and I go to this location to study on the weekends because campus is nearby. Prices for the food are reasonable, the location is great, and the staff are extremely friendly. All in all, it makes me wish Tim Hortons were more prevalent throughout the States. In all, I could not ask for a better neighborhood coffee shop.

An alright Tim Hortons. Nothing compared to what we experienced in Canada. The bathrooms were well kept, lobby clean. They didnt have a big selection of donuts, however, what they were out of the clerk offered to make on the spot for us. I wish they offered specialty donuts (e.g. Boston Creme Pie, Cinnamon Roll, Reeses) like they do at other locations.

The only reason why they got a star is because google makes you give a star. This was the worst service I have ever had. The three workers that we saw all stood in the back and we had to wait 5 minutes before someone came to help us, and after we did he was completely rude and we couldnt even hear him he was such a lazy speaker!!

The gal at the register was super friendly, polite and helpful. Coffee is ALWAYS so fresh and delicious. Turkey bacon club was out of this world great! Only issue I have with TH? WE DONT HAVE ONE ON OUR SIDE OF TOWN!!! BUILD MORE! Compared to starbucks??? THERE IS NO COMPARISON! For me and my daughters its TH all the way!

Staff is friendly but poorly trained. They sometimes run out of basic menu items like bacon or tomatoes. Food is typical fast food - served quickly but pre-made. No yeast donuts, just cake donuts and other baked goods. Good selection of other items like juice, yogurt, etc. Seating area is clean but noisy. Free wifi.

Donuts are great, there is a wide variety and they are cheap. Their coffee sucks. Got a frozen mocha cappuccino and it tasted like Windex.

Didnt take CC and wasnt in any hurry to fix that problem. It was clean. The crew was nice. The food was good
