totally relaxed atmosphere , very clean. super courteous too. Im a return customer, not just one time. if you want a consistent, quality job this is the place. ... also no annoying background atmosphere-no music thats hard to deal with, or cigarette smoke or anything that affects piercing or tattoo work. Id say the only negative of my experience here is the diligence on sterility... and Id rather have someone be overly clean than not. (Edited, add on) Just wanted to add, after a year with pierces, 100% painless, not a single infection, or "break in" period for healing...the materials used work perfectly for me- I have slight metal sensitivity.

BEST TATTOO PLACE EVER!! Me and my family came up to Michigan City for a getaway trip and i wanted to get a tattto so we searched around and went to studio II...johnny the owner did my tattoo right when i walked in and even stayed later then they were supposed to be open so i could get it done in memory of my daughter...the tattoo was more than i could have wanted..he is amazing and soooo friendly...he did such a good job..the next morning i was back and my 2 aunts got tatted by johnny because they loved the work he did on mine!! Thanks sooooo much studio II..if im ever back in michigan city i will def be swingin back by!!!!

Great experience! I walked in with a couple photos of what I wanted, negotiated a fair price, and in an hour I walked out with a great tattoo. Odell is a great artist and took his time with the details. Highly recommended for walk in situations.

Went there a few weeks ago. Guy did my lip. 2 days later it was getting an infection for one reason the guy put a small barbell in so there was no room for swelling so the barbell was digging in my lip waste of 40 $

Just moved to Michigan City and been looking for a new place to get tats. Odell was great. My flower tat is beautiful with a lot of detail. Would recommend this place to anyone. Very clean place!!

it was horrible. they were rude & they treat you like youre a child when you walk in! the owner really needs to start smiling more and stop being a jackass! i hated it there. i will NEVER go back!

My friend went there and she got a sister tattoo with her sister and after couple days she found that the tattoo artist used bad ink on both of them. So Im am never going there for a tattoo!!

I vgot mt lip pieced and got a tattoo the guy helped me aalot with the lip piecing bc it got swollen but he put a bigger ring on it so it was all good
