If anyone is looking to get a new piercing, Operation Ink is the place to go! I absolutely adore the people there and the atmosphere is one of a kind. Before coming here, I always had issues with getting pierced. Example, I had gotten my belly button pierced and the skin literally tore in half within a few months. But coming to Operation Ink, I have had nothing but great luck thanks to the amazing piercer Tim Towasnicki! He re did my belly button and Ive had this beauty for a solid 3+ years. I have also had my rook and industrial done by Tim and I absolutely love my results! He is patient and thorough in his work and strives to do the best for his customers. I have recommended all my friends to him and they all have had great experiences thanks to Tim. If you want a piercing, Operation Ink is the place to go and Tim is 110% the guy you want to see!! Love, love, love his work!!

Id love to be able to give a local business a great rating, but unfortunately this place didnt even give me the chance. They blew off my wife and father in law (from over seas) 3 times, including 2 appointments! We drove 30 miles, 3 times, to this shop. The first apt blow off was because they were just too busy. ...fair enough. The second apt blow-off NO ONE even showed up to the shop. My wife and father in law were left standing on the street waiting. Appointment was for 9am. They waited on the sidewalk till 9:40 and left. Well see how the shop responds. For the tattoo, my father in law is going elsewhere in Lafayette. I say if youre going to put something permanent on your body, consider getting it done by a shop that values professionalism a bit more.

After the custom artwork Ryan "Ickie" Fletcher was able to come up with for my half sleeve I will never use another artist or shop again. He has a lifetime customer with me. We are currently still working on my half sleeve and I am going in tomorrow for session 3! He is a wonderful artist and never makes you feel uncomfortable like some other tattoo establishments. He creates actual art and not just a tattoo. The prices are very reasonable and he works with peoples schedules. He is extremely dedicated to what he does which is an added bonus, he cares about his clients not just about their money. I would recommend this shop hands down over any other in the area.

After spending years traveling the US I can say Operation Ink is by far the best, cleanest and most inviting tattoo shop Ive ever been in. Ryan "Ickie" Fletcher started a piece on me a few years ago that turned into am amazing full sleeve. Hes now 3 sessions into into a full leg sleeve and were already planning another arm sleeve. Ive recommend several friends to his shop that have all been very happy with the work they recievied, whether is was done by Ickie or one of the other artists. I highly recommend to anyone considering adding some art work to their body to do themselves a favor and stop by the shop, you will not be disappointed.

Operation Ink is a tattoo shop unlike any other; the atmosphere is very relaxed but also professional. The artists are upbeat, knowledgeable, and very experienced; they all take their art very seriously and want to give their clients the best tattoo experience ever. Ryan "Ickie" Fletcher has created and tattooed numerous works of art for me and we are currently finishing up a back piece that is absolutely breathtaking. If you want actual ART on your body and not just a tattoo, definitely go to Operation Ink!

I got my first tattoo ever a couple years ago, and it was done by Ickie. I showed him what I wanted, and he made it better than I ever would have expected. Im so happy with the piece and the experience that I am looking forward to my next piece soon. Everyone there is professional and kind. I was nervous about my first tattoo, but his words were "If it really hurt that bad, would so many people have them?" And this put me completely at ease.

Not professional. I went to get my ears pierced and gauged, and the piercer was really scatterbrained and nothing went right. It took a long time to do something so simple and he was short on jewelry - and what jewelry he had was mislabeled, so I ended up lying on this table with a needle in my ear for 5 minutes. On top of that, it was too expensive for just a lobe piercing, in my opinion. I will not be going back there again.

Very clean, professional, & cheerful. I went to get a piercing & the piercer was very skilled & had lots of experience. I was very nervous & scared, and he was nice enough to calm me down and talk me through it, he didnt rush or get angry about it. A week later the piercing fell out (totally my fault, not the piercers) so I went back & he put a new one in for free. I would highly recommend this place!!

Went in for my first tattoo ever, super nervous, no one with me, not sure what to expect. Flip and the two other artists there were crazy friendly, and made me extremely comfortable. Flip did my tattoo perfectly! It is exactly what I wanted, and he hooked me up with tattoo cream to take care of it. Great, friendly dudes who do phenomenal work!

I got my shoulder piece here. My fantasy football team comes back every year for the losers tattoo. Always very pleased. It is a professional, well lit place. That says a lot to me, compared to some other places in Lafayette that roast incense and is like a dungeon. Not everyone is looking for that atmosphere.

The general atmosphere is chill, there are no inappropriate images when you first enter, its very clean! I got my nose and naval pierced by Tim who did an amazing job! I will definitely be returning for any future body modifications and would recommend everyone to go here!
