Definitely not impressed. Drove an hour for a piece of body jewelry, (that I specifically called in advance for) once I get there talking to the girl was like talking to a brick wall. Asked for her to make sure my jewelry and the new one were the right size and she didnt even measure either just eyeballed it. Long story short I ended with a piece of jewelry larger than the one I initially was pierced with. Definitely wont be going back. If you cant trust them wth something as simple as a piece of jewelry- definitely wont be trusting them to pierce or tattoo me. They only get one star for the fact she told me to clean the jewelry before putting it in, but any professional should do that. If it werent a $5 piece of jewelry Id be even more upset, but at least I didnt waste too much of my money there.

I have gone to Bedlam tattoo many of times now. They are the nicest of people, they make sure that your tattoo is the exact way you want it and makes you leave with a smile and a new amazing tattoo. I have recommended many of people to Bedlam and they are all in love with the performance, customer service, and they make you feel at home. Any time someone wants something new they can rely on Bedlam.

I came here to get my navel and nose pierced, and did not have a problem with either, however they are never open when they are supposed to be. I tried three times over this previous weekend to go and get my cartilage pierced, and they were never open! They lost this customer, I now go to Avalon on Glenway. They are 26$ for all piercings and Bedlam is 40$ and you get much better service at Avalon.
