Of all of the wireless carriers in our great and fair city that is Kokomo, this store is the least shadiest, its contracts, less a deal with the devil, more along the lines of a handshake with a mid level middle management demon. The minions who run the store are adequate and somewhat knowledgeable in what they cant do over what they can. But if your looking for a smartphone these guys are the okayest guys to go to. I hereby give it 5/7 would work with.

Great place to go, bought my S8+ through Sprint and have received great customer service and assistance consistently and professionally. After breaking the back of my device, they happily helped me in repairing it under warranty at a reasonable cost and even helped me choose a better case. Great place, great employees, 10/10 would break my phone again

I normally dont leave reviews, but this one I felt inclined. Other cell phone companies are in a hurry to make quick commission and bug the customers. With this store, I dont feel rushed or obligated to buy anything on the spot. The employees are very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! I am very impressed and would recommend it to anyone!

The people that work there are extremely friendly and helpful. Ive gone in multiple times for both myself and friends and they never cease to make sure all our questions are answered and that everything we need is done. Other cellphone company employees in town come off as cold or rude, but the people at sprint are always friendly.
