Dear GM of Cicero, IN Dollar General, This store is ridiculous! The store is never stocked, shelves empty, inventory carts blocking shelves and isles, dirty. Would it kill them to hire a couple of people to stock and clean the store at night so they wouldn’t have to stock and help customers at the same time?!? You need to take a lesson from the Atlanta and Sheridan stores. They are clean and the stores are stocked. If it weren’t for the convenience of this store I would go to one of the other stores.

I dont understand why everything I go in there I have to move carts full of inventory that could be on shelves. The people seem nice enough, but not too worried about stocking shelves. I think this is a management problem. Down the road in Atlanta, if you have the time to drive the extra distance it is very clean and organized, good management there.

The Cicero Dollar General offers inexpensive staples such as housewares, cleaning products, health & beauty products, and clothing in a convenient location. There is also a limited selection of packaged groceries (no produce or fresh meat). Its a VERY small store, however, and its always in disarray.

They have some of the rudest people there as cashiers. They wont greet you, wont look at you, throw your items around, and wont say thank you. It makes you wonder why would I shop here?! I do because its convenient. Though I wish there were more friendly cashiers.

Almost a daily stop for me! Friendly staff..great prices. My only complaint is theres always a line. One cashier and a few other employees seemingly doing nothing while people are lined up to the back of the store.
