HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. The guy in there had NO idea what he was talking about. We were talked to like we were idiots and were so embarrassed bc we took his word for it when he said that the item wasnt authentic. Due to the fact that we were shocked to hear this news, we went DIRECTLY to not one, not two, but three different appraisers and were told by ALL of them that the item was INDEED authentic. We never mentioned to any of the three that we had taken them elsewhere and all three said the same characteristics as to how they verified the authenticity. Either the guy at Indy Pawn doesnt know his stuff or was lying to us to rip us off. Either way, its not the place to try and sell things that do or used to mean something to you or have any value. You will be ripped off regardless. In the long run, Im glad that we didnt sell or pawn anything here.

This is by far the biggest pawn shop in Indy. They have just about everything. As always keep in mind you are in a pawn shop, dont expect the staff to know every detail about every item. If you are looking for something do your home work and know your stuff. I still can not believe the size of this place, easily 2 or 3 times the size of any other pawn shop and they will deal dont be afraid to make a offer.

they have a big selection, but they sold me broken a laptop twice. I had to take it home (and i live all the way on the south side) , just for me to figure out there is something wrong with it And everything was marked for original price. You could really just go to the store and get brand new for those prices honestly

this place is a rip off and thay sell used stuff for full price and you try to make them a trade for something for next to nothing and its still to much your better off going to a high end store and paying reg price and selling you stuff on ebay or craigslist then wasting your time

Always helpful and respectful! This place has been there for family and car emergency issues when i didnt have enough. I am thankful they are here for quick cash when needed. Sometimes just an extra 50 bucks to push to pay day..whatever the case, they are there when I need.thanks!

Best pawn shop in Indy, by far. The staff is great, prices are great and they will deal with you. The inventory is HUGE and the turnover is high, so visit often. If you want it, they have it. Seems like they buy anything and everything, then sell it for a great price.
