Trash customer service. Was just waved off very rudely at the door though it was open like they were accepting business. A old guy just kept yelling "bye!! Bye!!" "Twelve oclock!" And we (the customers) were just piled at the door confused. The guy kept waving the crowd off even though it was 11:55 and seemed annoyed by the presence of our business, so I took my money to Disc Replay. I try to support local businesses and that is the thanks we received in return. I will not be returning

Large, fluid inventory. This is where I go to buy tools and gear; I stop in about every week to see what they have. Customer service could be better, but theyre a busy place thanks to all the great inventory coming and going - they arent rude, just busy buying, selling, stocking, and coping with cry baby sellers. (Cry babies: a pawn shop is a place to sell when you need cash fast. That means you dont get top dollar. Thats how they keep inventory moving and turn a profit.)

Customer service needs to improve with some of their employees.....some are more professional and some havent been taught professionalism manners, poor work ethics..you have to have good leadership skills to lead. Poor management...

Dont waist your time coming here they try to steel your jewelry! Showed them 4 expensive diamond jewelry pieces, other pawns shops offered me $2500 to $3000, they offered me $400??? God bless your greed!
