Just went in today to get a bike. I had gone a few weeks ago to look around as Ive been wanting to get back into cycling to exercise myself and my dogs. The first time I went in I was confused, I did know I either wanted to tune up my old bike I got as a teenager or a new one for my adult, 21 year old self. I talked to one of the guys and he was really nice and informative. I had decided I would buy a new one when my tax refund arrived. Well, I went in again today knowing what I wanted thanks to my previous visit and just needed to find the right one for my needs (hybrid) and budget. One of the guys helped me out throughout the entire process. We looked at different hybrids and he explained the difference in each one. I test rode two and knew the second one was exactly what I wanted/needed. It was well under my budget, high quality, and they even installed a kick stand for free. I didnt feel rushed, I was impressed and felt welcomed. Im very happy with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for a bike, tune up, or accessory. Thanks guys! :)

I moved to Indy over 6 years ago and was surprised to see how many bike shops were in the area. The town I lived in in New Jersey only had two shops. After visiting most of them and not feeling satisfied with the service, I made the trip out to ICS. From my first visit I felt welcomed and never rushed. The show room was huge, well stocked and curated with some of the best gear. I ended up buying my first Salsa Fargo from Scott and his crew. They even packed and shipped my old bike I had sold online to fund the new bike at a very reasonable price. They can special order tons of parts and get them very quickly. Last year they helped me build my dream Salsa El Mariachi from the ground up. It was a great experience. I think service is what sets any business a part and ICS has this in spades. I whole heartedly recommend them for any cycling needs.

I recently decided to get into biking and explored both the internet and bike shops in the Indianapolis metro area. I had the pleasure of meeting Jim Born at Indy Cycle Specialists who took the time to answer the multitude of questions I had and get me into the right bike for me. I felt that I left there with everything I needed to get started. Everyone there is very passionate about their work and cycling in general. The level of knowledge, skill, and the professional demeanor illustrated by the staff have secured me as a loyal customer.

Great experience, Great guys! I shopped every bike shop in Indy and they were by far the MOST PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY. Scott (the owner) help me narrow it down to the right bikes for my riding style. He setup two bikes for the test ride and made slight adjustments upon return and sent me back out to try them again. I was never rushed into making a decision to cut time....I would highly recommend you stop in! BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Im super happy I bought my bicycle from Indy cycle specialist they are awesome, their prices & customer service is top notch take the Pepsi challenge stop in one of the other bike shops around, youll find its like the twilight zone talking to these people and then come here I rated 8 out of 10 no other shop comes close at least around these parts

Bar none, Best shop in town period. Staff knowledgable, owner and staff are extremely friendly and pleasant to do business with. Clean shop, good selection of complete bikes. Individual components is enough for just about all the basic needs and if they dont have it…they will get it. Fast too I must say!

The brands are top tier, the prices are competitive, and the service is 5 star. Best bike shop in the city.

Amazing. I have never been in such a large box shop before! Every price point and type of cyclist can be addressed here. Indy is such a bike friendly city, I had no idea! All types of accessories for every bike and type, also seemed like they had a friendly service area too.
