My sister and I ordered a cake the day before our Mothers birthday and we scheduled it for pick up the next day. When we arrived at the location it was 11:09 am and the store was not open. We waited for 45 minutes hoping someone would show up to open the store. We calles corporate who told us someone may get in touch in 1-2 business days! We had to drive 20 mins away to the Carmel location and they still couldnt help us. This is horrible business especially considering we already paid. I will not be using this location again. Updated ** The franchise owner was so kind and remorseful when he arrived. He refunded us for part of the order and apologized. Apparently the opener did not have keys to open the store so he actually came in to do it. I am pleased with the way he handled the situation and Im willing to return my negative review.
