I can not believe how rude the people are at this particular shop. I went in with my best friend so she could possibly get some work done. Ian, the guy at the counter, obviously didnt want to make any money. She had something in mind and this guys was an automatic NO. I DONT DO THAT KIND OF WORK. Then he said, Im leaving in 45 minutes, I really dont want to do it. Um, excuse me, but whats the point of "working" if you dont do any "work"?? How do they stay open?? We ended up going just up the street to Midwest next to the Reef. I have nothing but the highest of compliments for their crew. Not only did my friend get the her tattoo it turned out looking amazing! I also ended up getting a couple of piercing, my nose for the 2nd time and my conch, because I was bored and wanted something new. The piercer was a lot of fun and I had an absolute blast talking smack and felt like I could have been a family member with any of those guys in the shop. I will never walk back into Artistic, however Ill be going back to Midwest and bringing people with me.

I wasnt happy about the fact that while talking to him he wanted to take a break to go out to smoke and then comeback to finish talking really?? Then when I went in to get my tattoo he did the same thing.... ( not good customer service) also the fact my Tattoos got infected this isnt my first one but both got infected i followed the instructions excalty on what he said..... since this wasnt my first tattoo shouldnt have gotten infected... but he didnt do my first tattoo someone else did but they live in Colorado and I moved to Indy..I text and also called and went in to show him.... said no and it just needed cover up and was too dry etc he didnt seem to care etc and then went to a doc said it was very infected so I told him and he Responded back saying ok.. yes I know there is a risk etc but horrible response back guess you only care about the money....

I have to say I used to be a super big fan of Artistic on keystone. Pastel has an awesome portfolio and is great at her work. But the piercer Chris not so much. I got spider bites and I decided to get the posts taken out and switched with captive rings. The piercer Chris put captives in that were too small. So one of my spider bites ended up getting ripped and infected because the jewelry. I am really unsatisfied with the piercers knowedge on jewelry, I would recommend going somewhere else for piercings!

Me and a few of my family members were inquiring about nose piercings. There was a Bad vibe from the time we walked into the business. They did not make me or the 5 people I was with feel welcomed. We were all of color except for one whom agreed that she felt we were not accepted at this shop as well. Might as well put no colors allowed on front door.

Taylor did an amazing job on my tattoo! i came in looking to get a Rose on my arm. He was the artist who helped me out. He was very friendly, and drew up exactly what i wanted. The tattoo turned out great! I would definitely recommend going to this tattoo shop to anyone, especially for Taylor.. he did a great job, very clean and very professional!

I came here to get a cover up on my wrist and ended up getting charged $200 for a black band around my wrist. If that wasnt bad enough to the lines are sloppy and uneven, and he didnt even bother to make sure it was shaded evenly, so now it has a bunch of gray splotches. (Done by David)

Cogan the piercer is awesome. he did two of my piercing and has definately been my favorite piercer. my boyfriend got a tattoo from Jesse the same day i went in and he did a great job for a very reasonable price! I recomend artistic skin designs!

Very nice, clean looking and smelling shop! My husband and I had Jeff tattoo us- He did an amazing job! We were more than happy with the results! And we were very pleased with prices too! Definitely going back!

Mandy did my nose piercing for my birthday and she did an amazing job. It didnt hurt she was easy to talk to and made me very comfortable. The price for the stud ring wasnt too much very adorable.

Cogan is the nicest piercer ever, hes adorable and makes you feel so comfortable. he is the only person I ever go to for my piercings, and he always does great. Hes really just so nice.

Lack of proper directions and care towards first timers. In and out mindset from workers instead of customer service. Wouldnt recommend going if youre new.
