After our 2003 Toyota Camry finally gave out at 250k miles, my wife and I wanted to look for a used Camry to replace it. A friend had told me about Premium Auto a few years back and as I shopped around I could not find anyone that could even come close to matching the prices on these cars. We decided to purchase a 2012 Toyota Camry with 24k miles on it for just over $15,000. Chuck, the owner, told us which credit union to go to get a 1.9% APR rate on financing. He was great to work with. Theres no pressure to buy, he doesnt try to talk you into one certain car, and you can tell that he enjoys the work. When its time to replace our next vehicle, Premium Auto will be the first place we visit.

The prices are fair, but its not a seamless purchasing process. He really only accepts financing from his lending institutions, not Chase Bank, not Fifth Third Bank, and thats so that he protects himself, which I get, but its very difficult for the buyer, so you need either trust your lending to a stranger, or have all of the cash upfront (cashier check). He does seem like a nice guy though, and its good to support small business.
