The customer service here is HORRENDOUS. The first time I went in, one of the sales associates was incredibly inappropriate with me, going so far as to activate my new phone using his personal cell phone. He sold me a phone that he said had tons of storage and was the best they had- TOTAL lie. I bought the phone in December and in just a few months been on the phone with customer service about ten times. Yesterday, Id decided I had enough and went back to the store to try to fix the situation. I was immediately talked down to by a manager and another sales associate. The phone wasnt working properly in the most basic sense of the word. It would turn off and on repeatedly at random times, I wouldnt get group texts, etc. The managers response? "You cant pay for a jalopy and expect a Cadillac." I left there and immediately went to Verizon. They only get one start because Google forces you to.

I spent over three hours signing up for A T % T wireless at this store. A sales person named Nicholas told me that we would get one free phone and pay for the other. He said we would get $10. off our Directv bill. He said we would not have an activation fee. He said we could call anywhere in North or South America without a charge. It turns out that none of these things is true. I didnt find out until my first bill came, too late to get out of my "contract." Chris, the manager, knows these things to be true, but says he cant do anything about it. I have spent hours on line with A T & T customer service, being passed from one person to another. I was told the problem had been remedied. It was not.

I had a great experience at this AT&T store. I specifically worked with Jacob, who, without pressuring me at all, gave me all the details about their wireless plans. He knew his stuff and patiently answered my nit-picky questions. I then went to Verizon (over by Lowes on 31) to ask them the same things. The deals werent as good and the staff wasnt nearly as knowledgable or prepared for such question. I came back to AT&T and signed up with Jacob! Great experience.

Got a great price for direct tv and att internet (uverse) along with reward cards and they installed 2 days later. Installer ran almost whole house because no previous providers had since guessing the late 80s.. WATCH OUT for your 3 month free HBO - SHOWTIME ETC. channels. You will get a $60 INCREASE and do not offer to credit any of it. Not store fault. Just the way all these do business. 5 stars for store 3 stars for Uverse

Absolutely terrible, needed a plan with data, was given a plan with no data, and in order to get data, you lose what you spent and have to start over and spend another 45 just to get data,, Not doing that. Was with AT&T for 14 years, gone for two years, been back for 36 hours, and will never return to AT&T.
