My husband and I found a canopy that we wanted to purchase. We were not able to buy it that day due to space in our vehicle. I called the morning before and asked if the item was still available? The woman at Costco said yes it was. I then told her we lived 45 mins away and this was the closest Costco to us. So she then told me to call before we leave to make sure the item was still there because it was the last one available and they would have to sell us the one on display and couldnt take it down until we got there. I called right before we left for our drive and the item was still available. When we walked in I got the attention of a young man who agreed he would go get some help to take the canopy down. We waited 10 mins with our two young children and no one came. I then see the same young man walk by us like we were not even there with his vest in his hand and walk right out the door. So obviously he got lost somewhere along the way. I then found another man who went and asked about the canopy and came back to tell me that they could not sell it me because they had more on the way. After all that drive I was so upset. I asked for a manager and got referred to the returns desk. When I asked for a manager I got another employee who said the manager was busy. I then told him the situation and he went over to the item and they would still not sell me this canopy. Never would they let me talk to a manager and was not helpful at all! I am livid that we drove up here with guidance from their employee over the phone that it was available. I have wasted my time and gas for nothing but a irratating situation!

We were excited to receive a Costco membership as a gift. My mom would go to Costcos- even in Cincinatti- to be able to go. We walk in and it looks exactly like Sams. Not a horrible thing, but left us feeling we could get the same thing at our Sams which is a whole lot closer! The staff were friendly and directed us to get our membership finalized, where we discover they had upped their prices Right after the membership gift card was bought and we had to pay extra for my moms birthday gift (the membership). Only $5 but I feel like they should have honored what we had paid for it, especially considering it was only $5. There were a couple other things, but all in all its a pretty great place, though not super excited to go anymore. Next time well probably get our regular Sams membership.

Never bought a Kirkland product I wasnt completely satisfied with other than dog food. And no I didnt eat the dog food. Other than that superior quality of product and customer satisfaction seems to be their strong point. Always about $0.10 cheaper on gas too. Just dont take your MasterCard. I guess theyre in a fight with MasterCard. Really kind of made me mad when I pulled up to get gas only to find out theres some kind of pissing battle going on between Costco and MasterCard. Come on guys corporate greed is not becoming between two entities as huge as yourselves. Peace

Ive had a Costco Membership since Aug 2016. I wanted to wait a little bit before joining the madness when this store opened. Its just an ok location, in my opinion. It primarily has to do with the lack of products this location carries. When you compare this location to the one on Michigan Road there are huge differences. Michigan Road just has more. Other than that, the place is fine. Its clean, well stocked, and the staff I have encountered have been friendly. And its a nice alternative to Sams Club, as I prefer not to support Walmart.

Generally speaking very good experience with this store. Not as good as the one near Castleton in product choices. I frequently notice that the sale prices do not get reflected when you check out. I used to ignore it assuming that I had read wrong. I went back and took the picture and shown the sale price which was 46% of the original and got my readjustment. I told the supervisor to get these types of errors fixed since I frequently notice prize differences. I just want folks shopping at this Costco to be aware of this situation.

Today I went to get a quote on tires for my jeep compass, and ask about how much would it cost to get a tire patched if possible, the gentleman that helped us at the tire center was extremely polite, and went above and beyond expectations. I really appreciate all the time and help, I am planning to come back in a month to buy all 4 new tires. Thank you very much again! :)

Its an okay store. I made it in there last week for the first time and wasnt super impressed. I also belong to Sams club and can find pretty much the same items at comparable prices. Plus the annual membership is a lot cheaper. The top membership at Sams is only 100. Compared to 120.00 at Costco plus at Sams I ended up with a credit card that part of my membership.

The people are always there to help out every time Im there, Im very happy with everything they carry..the bakery has the up most freshest goods..the cinnamon bread in a three pack is to die for..I heard they call it crack bread because its so addicting..and thats so true..but to sum it up great place to shop for anything you need..

So excited to have a Costco down south of Indy! Great place, great selection- havent found anything missing. The layout is different than the other Costcos, but not by a lot. Im sure I will get used to it. Family dinner night just got a LOT cheaper with Costco pizza slices, hot dogs and ice cream! Win! :) :)

A warehouse club that provides the largest selection I have ever seen. Their staff is very helpful and respectful. They have plenty of name brand items along with their store brand items. Best selection of meats and seafood I have seen. Going to make this my go to warehouse club.

This Costco is 4000SF larger than either of the north side locations and carries everything they carry and more. It is a newer design and layout and works better for us. Costco carries only quality products. Treats their employees well and has the best return policy Ive ever seen.

By far the cleanest and most well organized of the three local warehouses. I believe it is also the largest. Can never go wrong with the fresh made bakery items! Take the time to check all aisles for markdowns....if it ends in .97, it has to go :) Happy shopping!

The new Indianapolis Southside Costco was a very huge disappointment! This is not a full size Costco, doesnt offer nearly half of what a regular Costco sells and the store format makes no sense at all. Will continue to go to Northside Indianapolis location.

I know it huge and different then the others but Im so glad that I dont have to travel far to get to one its up the street from where I live I get a better customer service then I did at sams club thanks for being way better and treating me like family
