After choosing same day pick up they called me later that day and told me they couldnt get it done till the next morning which was fine then the next day they said they couldnt get it done either but they could transfer it an hour away because I needed more buisness cards to go with my photography packages that needed to be done that night I drove the hour each way just for them to print blurry!!!! The people there however did not charge me and apologized they didnt turn out well even the manager said she wouldnt make anyone pay for them! so I used one of THEIR templets and choose blue to go with the color scheme I have for my business I went to pick them up and they were GREEN nothing close to blue when I called the manager kept asking if my computer monitor was old because it kept showing up green on her computer after arguing with them for 45 minutes I gave up I couldve ordered buisness cards and got 500 for 8 bucks verses paying 28 dollars honestly SCREW these people horrible management at the one in Fort Wayne and HORRIBLE service

I went in on a weekend to get a specific item. Once I got there I needed help finding it. There were no employees anywhere on the sales floor to help. I then saw a group of employees hanging out in an aisle talking about their night out the previous night. By then I was no longer interested in trying to get their attention or finding my item. I left and went elsewhere. I have no need to ever go back to this store.

Great service! I am from out of town needed help and Bridgett the print associate did fantastic job over and beyond her duties. Great print quality and price at this location. Great team. Highly recomended. To the guy who did 2 stars for inconvenience please explain how is that the associates that did work for yous fault? How is that fair to the stores associates?

I sort of feel like Im going to die trying to exit, due to Illinois Rd bottle-necking and its always-busy traffic.... the only reason for two stars is its inconvenient location. Other than that, classic Staples. So many options your head will explode and youll learn that you REALLY needed that organizer that not sits in the corner of your office, sad and alone...

Ordered return address labels before 2 PM. Same day store pick up. Went to pick up labels and they told me they ran out of paper and it would be days before they would be able to print them. Manager was of no help and employee was rude.

The staff in this store has always tried to help me with my office supply and computer needs. Like other brick and mortar stores, they do not carry the inventory they once did, but neither do other stores of this kind.
