We have gone to Traction Auto twice and both times the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful! They dont do any paperwork, therefore making us believe it is not a legitimate establishment. The first time we tried to recycle a truck bed full of scrap metal and we were told "it wasnt worth much" so he just wanted us to drop it off and he wasnt willing to pay us anything for it! It doesnt matter how MUCH it is worth, it is still worth something and we werent willing to give it to him for FREE! How do they expect to keep customers the way they treat people and "run" their business!? We will never be back there! We found Gabriel Metals in Lebanon who actually pays you for your scrap and give fair and honest prices and do paperwork!

These people are a joke. Theyll do anything to get an extra buck out of you, and make sure you get close to nothing. They dont care about their customers they care about profit and thats it. Ive talked to numerous people about this placewondering ifwas unlucky and got a bad deal. Nope they screwed everyone over.
