My experience with this establishment has been positive other than the Bean Brother Styrofoam coffee cups. They are too tight in the dispenser so all of the tops have been pinched to where the lids dont seal, resulting in, more times than I can count, coffee spills in my car and on my clothes. I have mentioned this to staff but nothing has changed. I will no longer buy coffee there.

That red head michelle was so rude today that she made my five year old little girl cry! I am going to talk to a manager or someone at the home office bc this isnt the first time she has been rude to us so I can only imagine who else she has been straight ruthless to! Ugh.... shaking my head!
