I bought a Siemens solar ready electrical panel from them. I was weary and cautious. The price was really good. The website showed a picture of a brand new unit. There was no indication on the website that the unit was used or damaged. So, I called them to find out more. The representative swore up and down that the unit was new. I asked her why the price was so good. She explained that they buy wholesale and overstock items. So, I made the purchase. What I received was a box of junk. That is how my electrician described it. My electrician opened the box to take a look at the panel. His first comment was, "This is used." He mentioned that the main breaker was broken, all the connections were loose, the solar breaker was missing. He said that even if he could get it to work, he wouldnt install it. He said it would most likely arc and burn the bus. Then Id have to install another one anyway. I called two other independent electricians, and, they both said to never install a damaged electrical panel. So, I went and purchased a new electrical panel locally, and had it installed.

Expired food, slightly damaged box goods, random housewares and construction material, mostly unused items, for basically Walmart or Target level prices. Not expensive per se but a lot more than I am generally open to paying for something that almost counts as second hand.
