Went in for simple parts, new bulbs and windshield wiper refills. The wiper refills were not the right size, so I went back and asked them about it and explained why I thought they werent right size. They seemed helpful enough, came out to measure one wiper and told me that what I had on there before was just the wrong size, and that these should work anyway. So I trusted them and went back home to continue doing repairs. I tried again and the refills were not the right size at all. One was way too short, and the other was way too long. I considered the fact that maybe I just was getting them mixed up but I double checked and there was no way they could be the right size, so I drove across town for a third time to try to get the problem resolved and they seemed unhappy that I asked for help and did not apologize for their screw up. I would have appreciated an explanation for what the problem was. I REALLY would have liked to have the problem resolved the second time I was there instead of the third, but instead I wasnt taken seriously as a customer.

Im a Napa man through and through. Ive always had positive experiences with them, especially when searching for hard to find parts and getting good advice. This store is not the Napa I know, and this store should not be allowed to use the brand. Several times, Ive went in and felt like I was inconveniencing them with my need for assistance. As the other comments note, they do not provide acceptable service, and will leave you feeling youre a hassle, not a customer. Not long ago, Id had enough and I reached out to them via other channels to rectify this problem, which they assured me they would. Ive went back since, and it was the same negative experience and poor demeanor. Im done. Do yourself a favor, if you want to shop Napa, make the short hop over to the Ellettsville Napa. Its not owned by the same folks as the Bloomington one. Theyve always treated me right, and I think youll agree.

Selection is not great, and the staff is hostile. I asked some dumb questions but I didnt feel like I deserved that much talking down. I left and found what I was looking for at Pep Boys on the West side.

Very unhelpful staff, the guy got an attitude when my husband asked for a tape measure to make sure the part was right....the part was wrong so its a good thing he checked.

This store is TRASH, the staff looks at you like your not supposed to be in there and are extremely hostile. Never been in such a horrible establishment.

Always feel helped every time I go in, have an older car so parts get swapped pretty often. Staff has always been friendly to me
