Never have I had a business experience quite like this - and for all the good reasons. Tom, (Mr. Copy himself), is one of the most genuine business owners around Bloomington, and it shows. My fiancé and I were price quoting wedding invitations when he recommended we search around the corporate stores in town to compare offers. Knowing that we were on a tight budget, we soon realized that his price AND product would still be the best in town regardless of the name on the front of the store. Much to our delighted surprise, Tom offered to do our wedding invitations for significantly less than hed originally quoted, because he sincerely appreciated the shopping around and comparing we did for him. It takes a special person to do something like that for two strangers, and my fiancé and I could not be more grateful. I love Bloomington because it is one of the few places left where most of the commerce is locally owned. Lets keep it this way by giving our business to genuine, hard-working people like Tom at Mr. Copy.

I recently wrote and illustrated my first childrens book as a gift to my graduating Kindergartners. Unfortunately, after getting a few quotes on printing options, I realized that printing just 20 copies of this project could cost me between $300 to $400. I expressed my concern to Mr. Copy and they gave me a quote I couldnt argue with. Not only that, the finished product was as professional and high quality as I could have imagined. I know they could not have possibly charged me what they should have, but that just goes to show that some companies out there are not solely focused on making money. Mr. Copy truly is a "steward in the Bloomington community."

Mr. Copy is absolutely wonderful. They are extremely helpful and professional and made my printing experience a breeze! They noticed some things that were wrong on my pages and informed me of it so I could correct it, and they even offered to correct it for me so that I wouldnt have to drive all the way back home and come back. Ive never met a more polite or more knowledgeable staff! They made this incredibly quick and easy for me, and best of all, it wasnt costly at all. I would recommend them to anyone who has printing needs, and I will continue to go to Mr. Copy when things come up for myself. Best place in town!!!

Really a great place for all of your needs with copying, printing, presentation, etc. Cheaper than the competition. Knowledgeable and professional, and overall, just nice and helpful. I had a portfolio that had high quality graphics and some other special needs. Kinkos couldnt print with the precision I needed, colors were offset, each run was different, etc. Mr. Copy had no problem - theyre equipment was precise and well maintained. Highly recommend to anyone. AND its a locally owned and operated business.

Terrible customer service. Impolite, inflexible and no customer loyalty. Their arrogant "take it or leave it" attitude will cost them hundreds of dollars of potential business. I no longer do business with vendors who dont give decent service and these folks are the quintessential example of clueless. Also, to make matters even worse they plaster their Mr. Copy tabloid sized posters on top of their own customers flyers on kiosks around town. Cheap and quick? Maybe. Arrogant and unwelcoming? Definitely.

Mr Copy has a niche market near IU. Closest competitor is a drive away from College Ave. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Needed to print material for work that I accidentally left at home. Just was surprised at the cost. Probably the same everywhere, quite frankly. But 5 copies of a moderate powerpoint (color) = $100 that will cost my company. In todays world, seems excessive when we all know color print outs from a home laserjet run about 0.02 per copy - and they charged $0.35.

Mr. Copy is extremely professional and friendly. I love that I can email them the file, and they email me BACK to let me know that they received it and then they let me know if there are any issues that I either need to fix or that will make it more expensive, so I have the opportunity to let them fix it or fix it myself. I also love that this business is tied to the community and the owner and employees do what they can to support the causes they care about. Great business.

These guys are the very best in town, not just for the quality but for the service. Twice now we have ran to them in an emergency and both times they have went above and beyond what we needed. When the other printing company let us down we called them and not only were they able to help us but they were cheaper by about 30-40 percent!! On the day before the fifth annual Taste of East Africa we asked Mr. Copy to print multiple programs. We were very happy that they gave non-profit KILEO (Kilimanjaro Education Outreach) a discount, talked with us about a more affordable price, then made copies while we waited! We were soon on our way to help with the food. The programs looked great!

I went to Mr Copy to print my wedding stationary and they were great. I was in three times in a couple weeks and each time they were friendly and professional. They were patient and helped me get my formatting and margins rights, and helped me pick the card stock/ paper I would need. I will be back at Mr Copy next time I need something printed!

I use Mr. Copy for all of our flyers and advertisements in Bloomington. They are prompt (even when they need to order special paper) and professional, and do not make mistakes. Their FTP system for uploading files is very helpful for me, though you can just email them files, as well. We have been working with them for several years.
